Vroomly c’est la plateforme tout-en-un qui **révolutionne l’expérience de l’entretien auto** pour la rendre simple et fiable. On permet aux automobilistes de comparer les garages près de chez eux en fonction du prix, des avis et de la disponibilité puis de prendre rendez-vous directement en ligne après avoir obtenu un devis précis. Pour les garagistes, notre solution Vroomly Pro permet de gérer et d’optimiser leur business de A à Z : rendez-vous, achat de pièces, devis et factureet ce n’est que le début

Fondé en 2017, Vroomly dépasse les **2M de visiteurs par mois**, et accompagne plus de **6000 garages au quotidien**, grâce à une équipe qui vient d’atteindre le cap des **100 collaborateurs**

Dans les prochains mois, on prépare des évolutions majeures de notre offre, et on met les bouchées double sur le recrutement pour préparer le **lancement à l’international**

**Le contexte**:
Pour te donner un peu de contexte, tu seras amené.e à **développer nos activités** sur nos deux solutions (B2B et B2C) auprès des garages sur le marché français.

Nos produits apportent d’autant plus de valeur que **c’est un secteur peu digitalisé** (donc avec un gros potentiel) et avec une vraie de volonté de la Vroomteam de **répondre aux besoins de nos clients ‍**

**En rejoignant notre team Sales** tu travailleras au quotidien avec l**’équipe SDR**, en charge de générer et qualifier les leads, qui te fera ensuite une passe décisive pour que tu **transformes et closes les deals** en tant que Sales

Nos produits étant **simples à adopter et utiliser pour nos clients**, les cycles de vente sont courts (**essentiellement du one shot**) _Tu transformeras donc rapidement tes leads en primes _

- S’assurer que chaque membre de la Vroomteam soit** épanoui** dans ses missions et **s’identifie à la culture** Vroomly
- Permettre à chacun de** se projeter **sur du long terme (grâce à des plans de carrière, des sessions de formation etc )

**Quel sera ton rôle ?**:
En tant qu’Account Executive, tu auras pour **objectifs de closer de nouveaux clients** et **assurer leur développement commercial** sur les premiers mois. Tu devras donc:

- **Identifier** ton portefeuille de prospects
- **Prospecter** directement les services concernés
- **Présenter** les avantages de Vroomly aux garages, notre vision et notre approche pour les accompagner
- **Gérer ton cycle de vente** : discovery, qualification, démo, closing (en One shot )
- **Mettre à jour** ton pipe de prospects

On a une vraie culture de l’**amélioration continue** : on a mis en place de la formation continue, des plans d’accompagnement et des coachings pour que tu puisses continuer à progresser et devenir **la meilleure version de toi-même.**

**Tu es notre pépite si**:

- **Tu es un-e commercial-e dans l’âme** : tu as la niaque, tu sais rebondir et créer du lien rapidement, tu es rigoureux et résiliant
- Tu **maîtrises** déjà un ou plusieurs **cycles de vente B2B** et tu sauras être **autonome** rapidement.
- Tu aimes gagner en responsabilité & **prendre des initiatives**:

- Tu as un discours construit, **tu sais convaincre**
- Tu es autonome, tu sais **piloter ta journée** et ton activité.
