**The Work You'll Do**:
Lots of companies have grown over the past couple of years, and Sovos is not the exception. We have been growing in revenue, headcount and geographically for many years. The conditions which are driving our growth are different from many others, though. The catalyst for our growth was never related to a pandemic, it is tax related. And tax isn’t going anywhere.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a marketer to join our digital marketing “center of excellence” in developing and delivering a best-in-class user experience across our network of global web properties through SEO. You will have the opportunity to shape our lead generation and conversion strategies, revolutionising the way we connect with our audience, and your expertise will be pivotal in crafting SEO friendly website experiences an organic foundation for our integrated marketing campaigns.
- What are my responsibilities going to be, more specifically?_
- Conduct keyword research from a variety of internal and external/third-party sources to inform content generation and optimisation and drive strong SERP relevance.
- Work in partnership with the Product Marketing, Content, and Regulatory teams to build out editorial roadmaps and improve our content library.
- Conduct SEO tests to help our understanding of winning tactics
- Monitor and analyse high performing competitor domains to provide actionable insight and opportunities for growth
- Optimise current content including metadata, copy, and internal linking improvements
- Monitor and analyse overall site performance including rankings and conversion
- Identify opportunities for link building and off-page optimisation to improve website authority and credibility

**What We Need From You**:

- 3 - 5 years’ experience with a proven track record of success in SEO, with a focus on developing and implementing effective SEO strategies for websites in competitive markets.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page optimisation, technical SEO, off-page optimisation, and local SEO.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Experience with website management platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and content management systems (CMS), with the ability to make updates and enhancements to website content and structure.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive insights and optimisation recommendations.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
