FedEx Eu Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at FedEx Eu. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Develop and manage a team of content and communications specialists, providing guidance on content creation and campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned marketing strategies and messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, ensuring our marketing efforts remain innovative and effective.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
