**Your contribution to something big**:

- You guide teams and their roles into the Agile methodology by providing employees with feedback and means of improvement and by catalyzing organizational growth.
- As a Manager you master interpersonal conflicts, challenges, and opportunities for growth including escalation of people problems to management where necessary.
- As a Facilitator you foster continuous improvement and the development of a learning culture on teams. You enable and master ceremonies, collaboration, communication, and conflict management.
- As a Teacher you train new team members in Agile mindset, frameworks, practices, and processes.
- As an Influencer you trigger the removal of organization impediments and you foster development of healthy Agile practices.
- As an Assistant you manage dependencies and coordination across teams.
- As a Leader you influence other including those more senior on best practices and by being THE example.

**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:

- Experience with multiple teams is a plus.
- Must have: In-depth knowledge in Scrum theory, rules, and practices.
- Knowledge of other Agile approaches, like Kanban & SAFe.
- Proven skills to coach teams on how to follow agile, in a way that really works.
- Certification in Scrum or Kanban (PSM, PSK, CSM, PSD ) is a plus.
- Knowhow about the value of metrics and incremental delivery.
- Practical experience on task and user story definition, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, etc.
- Experience in motivating and coaching teams to their high-performance level.
- Expertise in change management is a plus.
- Endless examples where you influenced the organization, you removed organizational impediments, you developed healthy Agile practices.
- Must have: Fluent in English (German is a plus).
- Education: You have a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, Sociology or Engineering.
