We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Business Project Manager to join our team. As a Business Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within Erakulis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, and oversee project execution. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
**Responsibilities**:
- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
- Create and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and successful execution
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project success
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in project management
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the health and wellness industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management software and tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements
- Proficiency in English; Knowledge of Spanish will be an added value.
