Accounts Payable Trainee

As an Accounts Payable Trainee you will support the processes within the Americas region team, ensuring quality and effectiveness, securing compliance, and providing accurate information and timely reporting.
In your new role you will:
- **Analyze invoices **by checking Purchase Order data;
- Gather needed approvals for **invoice processing **;
- **Follow up with internal departments **for discrepancies/issues related to invoices;
- **Extract and analyze reports **for vendor reconciliation;
- **Contact vendors **for balance disputes and standard payment inquiries;
- **Execute Accounts Payable controls **for the preparation of payment proposals;
- Provide general **support to the team in daily tasks **.
You are result-oriented and have a structured and self-driven working style. You are able to quickly establish successful cooperation within the team and accept responsibility.
You are best equipped for this task if you:
- Have a **Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics **or an equivalent field;
- Have **good knowledge of MS Office **tools, such as Excel and Outlook;
- Demonstrate **high-quality standards **and **responsibility **;
- Have a **team work spirit **and good **communication skills **;
- Have a **proactive personality **with a sense of urgency and attention to detail;
- Are **fluent in English **(mandatory).
