**Job Description**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an **Online Community** **Officer** to play a key role in fostering a successful online community for Unit4 In this role you will be part of the community team running Unit4’s new global community.

The community is the place for Unit4 customers, partners and employees to share insight and experience with each other, together find solutions and share best practice to build a better people experience with Unit4 products.

As an** Online Community** **Officer**, you will be supporting the growth of a vibrant healthy community environment for Unit4. Your main tasks will be:

- Read and review posts in the community, while maintaining a good atmosphere and a positive reinforcement to productive users
- Identify customer service issues and respond or escalate as appropriate within Unit4
- Assist with community engagement to achieve a vibrant and effective community
- Know, enforce and evolve community guidelines and terms of services as appropriate
- Master and evolve community platform structure and settings, driving our usage to its optimum
- Train and onboard other community team members and Unit4 professionals
- Assist with community initiatives like events, promotions and programs
- Overall support on community management like reporting and analysis

**Qualifications**:

- Highly organized, proactive, and a positive attitude
- Great interpersonal skills, a clear and confident communicator with people at all levels
- Native or bi-lingual fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Between 1 to 3 years’ experience with online messaging services, forums or communities or/and social media engagement or communications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or other relevant study
- Knowledge of Programing Languages like HTML and CSS is a plus
- Experience with Community Platforms like Khoros or Service Now is a plus
- Keen to learn and able to act in a highly transformative and global organization
