**A Snapshot of Your Day**

SE RE optimizes the use of resources in the real estate portfolio consideringcost, transparency, and efficiency factors.

SE RE EUR FIN ensures compliance with RE business model, reporting andaccounting standards across European legal entities as well as commercialmanagement of RE topics i.e., capex/maintenance spend, leases and contracts.

SE RE FIN is responsible for authorization of expenses, investment anddivestment in real estate including projects, leases, services and change oralteration of space as defined in SE Standard "Approval of RE Leases and Projects".Quality Gate for RE I-Applications

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Review andvalidate savings measures with RE Zones, ensuring OTC are accurately logged
- Log and monitorchanges to monthly savings at a Hub level
- Ensure Hub savingsare reported correctly incl. value; DI dates, Business Area allocation
- Follow updocumentation for savings measures in DI5
- Support and adviseRegions on savings related reporting, tools
- Liaise withService provider to ensure savings are correctly reflected in OPW
- Main point ofcontact within Hub for forecast/budget tool topics
- Perform standardfinancial reporting in accordance with guidelines & timetables
- Support the Hubcountries with the monthly financial close and ensuring that the reporting requirementsare fulfilled.
- Review key accountbalances to ensure financial data is reliable and correct.
- PerformControlling & Reporting function for SE RE Hubs incl. variance analysis,
- Support withBudget preparation at a Country and Hub level
- Undertakes otherfinancial and management reporting as requested.
- Maintain effectivecommunication within department and extended SE RE organization
- Support inprocessing I-Applications according to tools, templates and respective updating
- Support in ITadministrative matters: Adjustment of RE FIN Intranet pages and respectiveSharePoint databasesXX

**What You Bring**
- Degree in Business Administration,Accounting & Finance or similar.
- 0-3 years accountingwork experience
- Experience in Real Estate and/or financialprocesses preferred
- Proficient in Financial Applications (SAP)
- Proficient in MS Excel& Office
- Fluent in English (mandatory) &one other language
- Financialprocess optimization mindset
- Team player with strong communication& interpersonal skills
- Flexible and deadlineoriented
- Able to work in a changing workenvironment
- Team Player
- Proactive, self-driven and able to workeffectively in global, virtual teams and networks
- Professional ethics, responsibility andproblem-solving orientation

Our Real Estate team manages a global footprint of over 3’6 million squaremeters, overseeing all real estate related activities and projects, developsand implements portfolio strategies in line with SE’s business objectives andensures cost-effective facility operations and work environments for SE.

SE RE EUR FIN is responsible for over 25 Countries and 1.7 million sqmincluding Germany
