**Your job**:
Within the QLP department, your role will be to ensure that all productions meet our group’s standards, regarding quality matters and environmental issues. In direct relationship with the actors of our business (brands, suppliers and partners), you will work closely with other members of the team to promote a positive approach to sustainability and quality through all the operations of the company.

As a Quality & CSR Manager, you will ensure the quality and efficiency of L.D.C’s actions regarding sustainability and operations in general within the scope of Logistics and Production.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- CSR_
- Trace all information regarding the origin of the materials used, their ways of production and archive everything to keep a track within the company and share with clients.
- Build and share a CSR expertise within the group to build a longtime differentiation and promote internal changes.
- Accompany our partners through their constant auditing processes. It consists in preparation and a lot of following-up : create strong relationships with our partners to improve our industry's ecosystem.
- Prepare and follow up with the frequent tests that are being held on our products for exportation.
- Obtain and archive compositions of all components used in our products.
- Quality_
- Track and follow up with our partners to obtain the mandatory documentation related to their orders.
- Monitor quality controls operated on a weekly basis for deliveries and share our standards with our partners.
- Keep track of all certifications related to the quality of the goods produced.

**What will you bring to the team?**
- A positive mindset, great communication skills and long-term vision.
- A specialisation CSR is a plus.
- An experience in project management : rigorous, determined and comfortable with responsibilities.
- A quick and flexible learner, intellectually curious, open-minded, adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity and risk, and excited by dynamic change
- Fluent in English and Portuguese. French is a great plus, but is not mandatory.
