HR PROJECT MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (JOB NUMBER: 2402HRM17513)

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Support the successful deployment of strategic projects for the HR Department
- Take the lead on the project management of small initiatives and projects
- Proactively contribute to the team development identifying improvement opportunities
- Perform research to support ongoing projects and practices
- Support in preparing workshops or meetings with internal clients

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Proactivity, critical thinking and adaptability
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Active listening and ability to collaborate with others

**About the Team**
- The HR Transformation team is responsible for driving change and transformation within the HR Portugal department, leading major projects combining project management expertise with human resources knowledge
