**Support for Online Banking**
You will ensure a warm and professional contact with clients.
You will deliver excellent standards of service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while achieving your professional purpose and contributing to the company's future success.

**As a Customer Support you will**:

- Handle calls (inbound and outbound) and back-office tasks
- offer complete and qualitative answers to entrepreneurs and small businesses by handling level 1 customer requests
- follow-up of customer requests and respect commitments made and work closely with in-house teams and make suggestions to optimize our internal processes

**What do we expect**:

- **You live in Braga and you are ready to work in our office**:

**Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance)**:

- **830€ gross **x 14 months - base salary
- **up to 150€** gross performance bonus (x12 months),
- **7.23€ NET/day** meal voucher - given as a pre-paid card
- **20€ **transport allowance
