**As a Customer Support you will**:

- Answer our customers' requests by phone, on the use of their current credit, and/or on any request related to a new project
- Analyze the needs of our customers and personalize the relationship to better understand their expectations, reassure them and accompany them in order to offer them the most appropriate financing
- Manage the files entrusted to you in compliance with procedures and safety rules, demonstrating exemplary behavior, particularly in terms of rigor and integrity

**What do we expect**:

- **Fluency in French (min. C2 level)**:

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):
**830€ gross **x 14 months,
**50€ project bonus (it is a permanent salary supplement)**
**up to 170€** gross performance bonus (x12 months)
**7.23€ NET/day** meal voucher - given as a pre-paid card
**20€** transport allowance
