Eurostars Hotel Company pretende captar profissionais da hotelaria, para a área de Operaçoes em Cascais. As pessoas seleccionada terán de realizar as seguintes funções: - Oferecer sempre a mais alta qualidade, respeitando as normas estabelecidas. - Para garantir o bom funcionamento dos diferentes serviços ao cliente. - Manter sempre operações eficientes com ênfase na rapidez do serviço, produtividade e respeito pelos padrões de desempenho. - Assegurar uma maior optimização dos resultados efectivos para o cliente. - Desenvolver uma atitude comercial a fim de promover os pontos de venda do hotel. - Ter pleno conhecimento dos serviços que são oferecidos no hotel, bem como dos horários e regulamentos expressos. - Ter conhecimento das saídas de emergência do hotel, bem como das regras e procedimentos de emergência do hotel. - Assegurar que o cliente se sinta bem-vindo à chegada e à partida do hotel. - Eventos: recepção do grupo, acompanhamento durante a realização do evento e despedida do cliente. - Recepção de embalagens e sua guarda. - Preparação de actas, cartazes para buffets e uma variedade de outros artigos. - Preparação da sinalética, tanto impressa em papel como carregada em ecrãs. - Coordenação com o departamento A&B para as instalações e serviços do departamento. - Coordenação com o departamento audiovisual para a sua montagem. - Briefing diário sobre os acontecimentos e, no final do dia, sobre as conclusões. Como se tratam de hotéis muito orientados para clientes internacionais, é muito importante que falem bem, pelo menos os idiomas Inglês e Espanhol.
