Position Description

We propose you to be part of an international team as a Dynamics Consultant / Senior Consultant reporting to the Maintenance Service Manager.

You will join a multidisciplinary team working as near shore and with possible training and temporary tasks aboard.

Your future duties and responsibilities

As a Developer on our team, you will be working on several big initiatives within the business. This role will require communication and interaction with multiple internal and external clients to ensure each module interacts properly with each other. The Developer will also troubleshoot issues and develop new enhancements to achieve targeted results. If you have experience in web development and are excited about continuous learning opportunities we want to hear from you. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and participating in daily scrums
- Participate in planning tasks and supporting team leaders in coordination of activities
- Elicit and document client requirements
- Design software modules that interact with larger software project

Performing unit tests on developed components and lead other tests according to team methods and procedures

If is a Senior Consultant:

- His role will be of project manager / technical lead in complex projects (eg GE Smallworld upgrade projects) for large utilities or telco companies
- Will coach the team, namely graduates, supporting the growth of the team and knowledge
- As part of a larger team, will collaborate with other colleagues in Portugal and on other countries to deliver an excellent service ensuring customer satisfaction at all times;
- Will collaborate with the team in supporting business development activities;
- Activities include project management, analysis, development, testing, documentation;
Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Consultor Dynamics:

- Formação Superior na área de Engenharia Informática, Electrotécnica ou com aplicação às Tecnologias de Informação;
- Experiência prévia comprovada de 2 anos (técnica e/ou funcional) no desenho, implementação e entrega de soluções em Microsoft Business Applications (Dynamics 365 e/ou Power Platform);
- Valoriza-se o conhecimento e experiência no seguinte módulo de Dynamics 365: Field Service;
- Valoriza-se conhecimento e experiência em linguagens de programação (C#, Power Query, Power FX, Javascript, HTML, CSS);
- Capacidade de estabelecer relações de confiança e trabalho em equipa;
- Agilidade e autonomia na execução de tarefas e procura de soluçõe

Senior Consultor Dynamics:

- Formação Superior na área de Engenharia Informática, Electrotécnica ou com aplicação às Tecnologias de Informação;
- Experiência prévia comprovada de mais de 5 anos (técnica e/ou funcional) no desenho, implementação e entrega de soluções em Microsoft Business Applications (Dynamics 365 e/ou Power Platform);
- Valoriza-se o conhecimento e experiência em pelo menos um dos seguintes módulos de Dynamics 365: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service e/ou Customer Insights; (especialmente em Field Services)
