**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du berätst unsere Kunden bezüglich des optimalen Einsatzes von Adobe Experience Cloud Lösungen & Produkten
- Du agierst als zentraler Ansprechpartner in der Requirement
- und Konzeptionsphase.
- Du begleitest unsere Kunden kontinuierlich beim Einsatz der AEC Produkte & Lösungen (success stories / best practise).
- Du arbeitest eng mit der strategischen Kundensteuerung zusammen.
- Du setzt hohe Maßstäbe in den Projekten und begleitest deren Qualitätssicherung.
- Interner Know-How Aufbau und Transfern gehören ebenfalls zu Deiner Tätigkeit.
- Du bist sowohl intern als auch gegenüber unseren Kunden Impulsgeber und befasst Dich mit den aktuellen Trends und Innovationen.
- Als Experte trägst du maßgeblich an der Marktpositionierung unsere Kunden und der diconium als Innovationsführer bei.

**Dein Profil**:

- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Umgang mit Adobe Experience Cloud Marketing & Analytics Lösungen und weiteren Produkten.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Moderation von Kundenworkshops.
- Du besitzt sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an datengesteuerten Geschäftsmodellen.
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.
