**Campaign Development and Execution**:

- Configure data points, events, and other setups within Adobe Campaign.
- Activate workflows in Adobe Campaign based on actions performed in Adobe Target or segments created in Adobe Analytics.

**Data Management**:

- Clean and structure data in profile tables.
- Configure new data sources and audiences or edit and maintain existing sources.
- Ensure data governance by defining access levels across the platform.

**Audience and Insights**:

- Create audiences (profile lists based on rules and attributes).
- Generate insights through dashboarding, reporting, and A/B testing.
- Anonymize personal data to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

**Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns.
- Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign execution.
- Experience in configuring and managing data points and events within Adobe Campaign.
- Proficiency in data cleaning and structuring, audience creation, and data source configuration.
- Ability to generate insights from data and create actionable reports.
- Experience in conducting A/B tests and analyzing results to optimize campaigns.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of data governance and defining access levels across platforms ( **Additional Skill **).
- Knowledge of English (written and oral).
