Campaign Executive needed to join our Portugal team on a contract basis. Some of the responsibilities include:

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of campaigns
- Ensure that all projects are on track, delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Develop campaign scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
- Support the Campaign Manager with wider Avolta projects outside of Emotion+ scope
- Participate in kick-off meetings with new brands, or for new campaigns
- Participate in bi-weekly meetings with brands to discuss upcoming campaigns

In our Lisbon or Porto office, you’ll join a team of other specialists who are always ready to help each other. The team is part of our VML Thompson Commerce and Technologies network and works in coordination with our Local and EMEA client leads.

**Please note that this job is a full-time position located in Lisbon or Porto, but the selection process will be conducted in English.**

**The opportunity**:

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of campaigns
- Ensure that all projects are on track, delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Develop campaign scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
- Support the Campaign Manager with wider Avolta projects outside of Emotion+ scope
- Participate in kick-off meetings with new brands, or for new campaigns
- Participate in bi-weekly meetings with brands to discuss upcoming campaigns

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Support in assets collection and QC
- Support in managing, organising, tracking and storing of digital assets shared from brand
- Checking that the assets meet the various quality requirements in terms of dimensions, copy requirements and set-up requirements, meet technical feasibility requirements, are accurate and error-free - and provide accurate feedback (with support of Campaign Manager)
- Create Jira tickets for the campaign, to brief into the content team
- Support PM on technical issues or Brand requests - updating of tickets and managing feedback from the development team
- Create and maintain comprehensive campaign documentation
- Create and send meeting agendas to brands ahead of bi-weekly meetings
- PM Software
- Support on tracking project status on Project management software
- Support on setting up of projects/templates on platform and updating templates when necessary
- Support documentation, tracking and communicate project relations information, risks and issues to the relevant team members/stakeholders
- Control of projects deadlines
- Manage campaign start/end dates (including extensions) with brands, internal Avolta teams and external Agencies
- + to highlight and follow-up on pending deliverables required during the campaign period across campaign
- Stock Management
- Collate product SAP codes for campaigns from brands and check stock levels with local teams
- Ensure products are correctly on the website ahead of campaign launch
- Reporting
- Create and send out weekly Status Report to wider Avolta team and stakeholders

**What we want from you**:

- Proven working experience as a project administrator in the media/advertising/marketing sector
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Asana
