Campaign Manager needed to join our team on a contract basis here at VML Enterprise Solutions.
In our Lisbon or Porto office, you’ll join a team of other specialists who are always ready to help each other. The team is part of our VML Thompson Commerce and Technologies network and works in coordination with our Local and EMEA client leads.
**Please note that this job is a full-time position located in Lisbon or Porto, but the selection process will be conducted in English.**

**What you’ll be doing**:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of campaigns
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Develop campaign scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
- Support Head of Emotion+ with wider Avolta projects outside of Emotion+ scope
- Manage relationship between Avolta and WTC for Emotion+ topics, including development of new campaign templates and assets
- Lead kick-off meetings with new brands, or for new campaigns
- Lead bi-weekly meetings with brands to discuss upcoming campaigns
- Support in assets collection and QC
- Support the Executive in managing, organising, tracking and storing of digital assets shared from brand
- Support the Executive in checking that the assets meet the various quality requirements in terms of dimensions, copy requirements and set-up requirements, meet technical feasibility requirements, are accurate and error-free - and provide accurate feedback
- Communication with partner agencies (Media Agencies & Social Media Lead)
- Quality Control and management of communication between brands and social team to ensure accuracy Quality check social media calendars, correct assets used, correct captions applied and change requests implemented
- Use appropriate verification and communication techniques to manage changes/risks/delays in campaign scope, schedule
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the brand and all stakeholders
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Coordinate campaign live dates, delays or extensions between brands, wider Avolta team and Agencies
- NGS (Next Generation Screens) process control
- Manage NGS process from brief to delivery of assets
- Collate feedback from technical, local and global teams across Avolta and Agencies for NGS assets delivered by brands
- Edit stakeholder feedback to ensure it is clear and share to the brand
- Coordinate live dates, delays or extensions between brand and Agency
- PM Software
- Track project status on Project management software
- Setting up of projects/templates on platform and updating templates when necessary
- Document, track and communicate project relations information, risks and issues to the relevant team members/stakeholders
- Control of projects deadlines
- Manage campaign start/end dates (including extensions) with brands, internal Avolta teams and external Agencies
- + to highlight and follow-up on pending deliverables required during the campaign period across campaign
- Stock Management
- Escalate any stock issues with relevant teams and stakeholders ahead of campaign launches
- Reporting
- Continuously assess and report on the results of campaigns and implement improvements where necessary
- Support with creation of End of Campaign report for brands that have had multiple campaigns across different locations and months and present to the brand
**What we want from you**:
- Background preferably in the fields of campaign management, project management
- Proven working experience as a project administrator in the media/advertising/marketing sector
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in design development
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Asana
- Experience working with high level brands/advertising partners
