Job Description

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive SEO research to identify target keywords, competitor analysis, and industry trends
- Execute data-driven SEO strategies, including on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, and content marketing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content writers, designers, and other digital marketing specialists, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to SEO that creates SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, landing pages, and other web copy
- Monitor, track, and analyze website performance, organic search traffic, and rankings using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide regular reports on SEO performance, including keyword rankings, organic traffic and conversion metrics
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and industry trends to ensure our strategies are always current and effective

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-3 years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong focus on research and execution
- Fluent in French and/or German
- Fluent in English
- Fluency in another language like Italian, Dutch or Spanish would be a plus
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices
- Proficiency in SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset and a strong desire to continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends
