Considering the specific requirements of this role, it is essential to note that this is a position **based at the office at least 2 days per week, in Lisbon, Portugal.**

If you thrive on high energy and are eager to be the driving force behind an exceptional workplace experience, then we are looking for you We are actively seeking an Office Manager/HR Intern who is as spirited as they are proactive, ready to infuse our office with boundless energy and contribute to our hunger for success and commitment to excellence.

**As Office Manager/HR Intern you are expected to**:

- Act as a brand ambassador for Raketech's values, fostering a sense of belonging and alignment with the company's mission.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive environment by assisting new employees in seamlessly integrating into the Raketech community.
- Extend a warm welcome to visitors and new employees, conducting office tours to familiarize them with the premises.
- Coordinate, prepare, and assemble onboarding kits for new starters.
- Manage the proper distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Handle transportation and travel bookings as necessary.
- Maintain an organized inventory of office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels, and placing orders when necessary.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments for company personnel when required.
- Assist in planning and executing company events and team-building activities, both in-person and virtually.
- Ensure the office remains clean, tidy, and safe, creating a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
- Oversee office, cleaning, and equipment repairs and maintenance as required.
- Implement and maintain a filing system for important documents.
- Engage and communicate with vendors to establish and maintain positive working relationships, negotiating the best deals.
- Manage an efficient merchandise inventory.
- Collaborate closely with the HR team and the Culture & Inclusion manager for ad hoc tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Office Management or a related role, showcasing your talent for seamless office operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent, coupled with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive thinker, creatively contributing to our improvement and growth by bringing new ideas to the table.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills for a well-ordered office environment.
