A HR Partner é uma empresa de Recrutamento Especializado, que trabalha diretamente com o cliente final.

O nosso cliente é uma empresa multinacional líder no setor onde opera e numa ótica de crescimento está atualmente à procura de um HR Business Partner para integrar equipa em Lisboa.


Descrição da Função:

  • Gestão e desenvolvimento da plataforma de formação interna do grupo;
  • Assegurar que os colaboradores cumprem com as formações obrigatórias;
  • Planeamento, controlo e operacionalização do Plano Anual de Formação;
  • Procura de novas metodologias de aprendizagem e respetiva implementação;
  • Análise de propostas e negociação com fornecedores;
  • Gestão da avaliação e desempenho;
  • Propor os benefícios anuais da empresa;
  • Implementar os processos RH (tendo em conta a política definida centralmente);
  • Acolhimento e Integração de novos colaboradores e Gestão do Plano de Integração;
  • Elaboração de relatórios e reporte de indicadores;

Perfil do Candidato:

  • Licenciatura em Recursos Humanos, Psicologia ou similar;
  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos em funções similares;
  • Excelentes competências analíticas e de organização;
  • Espírito de Equipa e boa capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Elevado sentido de responsabilidade e autonomia;
  • Dinâmico e Proativo;
  • Excelentes capacidades de comunicação.
