**Your contribution to something big**:
- Global category buyer with 3-5 years commercial purchasing experience for material field purchasing;
- Contribution to development of global category strategy for responsible categories, definition of sub-category;
strategy acc. to RB internal and external requirements;- Supplier management & supplier strategy (supplier development or consolidation) formulation;
- Cost analysis and management, conduct annual price negotiation with suppliers, market scouting/analysis and cost benchmarking;
- Capacity management, Contract management, Supply chain risk management.
**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:
Master degree, engineering background preferred, from renowned university as plus;- Good communication and negotiation skills, ability to manage business relationship with international stake holders and suppliers;
- Self-motivating and able to cope with difficult situation, team player with flexibility;
- Fluent in English, knowledge in German is plus;
- Good analytical and negotiation skills.
