Since 2015, BNP Paribas Wealth Management has a competences center in Lisbon named the Portugal International Markets Hub (“PIMH”). This center manages certain activities for the International Markets (“IM”) sites of BNPPWM namely Switzerland, Luxembourg, Germany and Monaco

The Accounting Trainee ensures that general costs are accounted for and in compliance, as well as ensure that all the related costs are transferred into assets in line with group and tax rules

**Your Main Activities Are**

Collect all the necessary accruals to be monthly booked and perform the necessary controls

Provide all the necessary information from the system to the cost center owners

Perform all the necessary controls and reconciliations related to intangible assets

Control and follow up of all the accounts payable for the business line

Support the update and implementation of procedures and controls to cover all activities under the scope of responsibility

Support the Accounts Payable tool monthly accounts certification, providing the detail whenever necessary

Accounts Payable tool Administrator role, providing the necessary users support

**Profile and Skills to Success**

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management or Finance

Knowledge in Finance & Budget, namely Accounting, Rules and Norms

Proficient use of Excel

English fluency

Organisational skills

Ability to collaborate/Teamwork

Analytical ability

LI-Hybrid
