**Job Description**:
**Your contribution to something big**
As IT & Analytics expert you will:
- Analyze, evaluate and visualize recruiting data;
- Take responsibility for designing and creating of reporting and KPI dashboard for the department;
- Creating and adapting a database for the department, as well as tracking of PM - Personnel Marketing - activities;
- Collaborate closely with our partners, e. g. in Germany and other European countries.
**Qualifications**:
**What distinguishes you**:
- ** Education**:university degree in Computer Sciences, Business IT, Math's or comparable;
- ** Personality and Working Practice**:analytical and pro-active mindset, autonomous and highly structured working methods, perseverance, solution-oriented thinking, creativity;
- ** Experience and Knowledge**:data visualization (e.g. PowerBI), programming languages (e.g., Python, VBA), data analytics and data science platforms, understanding of applied statistics;
- ** Enthusiasm**:Data Analytics & Recruitment;
- ** Languages**:business fluent in written and spoken English (C1 or C2 level).
