**Key Account Manager**:
As a Key Account Manager, you will be a vital contributor to the sustainable growth of PPG’s Protective Marine Coatings business and team. With your strong knowledge of the market and equipped with our advanced product solutions, you will build solid and lasting relationships with key customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop durable customer relations across all levels of decision makers and influencers.
- Gain knowledge of the industry, our products and our tools to become the go to coating advisor for your customers.
- Identify, support and drive innovation from and to the market that enhances our customers’ sustainability and productivity.
- Sell our products and services to new and existing customers.
- Ensure the achievement of monthly and annual sales and margin targets.
- Plan and lead impactful visits to customers.
- Prepare key account plans and maintain CRM and sales pipeline.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Grow your internal network to learn, get support and accelerate the above.

**Qualifications**
- Technical knowledge of anticorrosion
- Knowledge of regulations and standards
- Technical knowledge of products
- Be certified by recognized international entities.
- Professional experience (preferential)
- Understanding market and customer perspective
- Ability to assess customer needs and propose solutions.
- Good communication and customer relations skills
- English fluent level
- Availability to travel
- Driving license
