Job Purpose
Manage a global master data maintenance and governance team to control master data availability, usability, integrity and security.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Implement, maintain and monitor a master data governance framework that establishes a single and holistic version of the truth for the whole business
- Model, master and manage the master data set of processes
- Collaborate, commit and comply with business demands and requirements
- Measure, monitor and mitigate the full adherence to the established standards
- Ensure full adherence to Master data related SLA’s established with business partners

2. Manage the master data management team
- Deliver the required training and support to make each team member accountable for his/her predefined role
- Promote the full collaboration and team spirit attitude

3. Partner with Business & Project Teams whenever master data management and governance is impacted - new processes or procedures & tools, master data analysis & cleansing requirements, master data migrations from legacy systems or any other support as appropriate

**Requirements**:

- University Degree in Business Administration/ Economics or Informatics with relevant specialization
- 10 years Working Experience in MDM and MDG Operations
- Working experience in designing and implementing MDM Standards, Policies and Procedures
- Ability to understand MDM and MDG Implementations, Data Standards, Data Quality Metrics, Data Modelling, etc
- Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently with ease and take ownership
- Keenness in continuous learning, self and other team members’ development
- Ability to persuade stakeholders from all areas of the organization to follow established MDM Procedures and Policies
- Strong Microsoft Office Suits skills
- Ability to understand, investigate and resolve issues related to Master Data
- Very good interpersonal skills, with outstanding customer service and “can do” mentality
- Process orientation and user satisfaction attitude;
- Ability to efficiently prioritize work and timely inform stakeholders on progress
- Experience with working in a highly diverse cultural environment
- Strong written and communication skills in English language
- Flexible, able to work with strict deadlines and a team player
- Available to travel abroad (low degree)
