No Grupo Lusiaves o Departamento de Marketing Alimentar é responsável não só por gerir e desenvolver as marcas de grande consumo, mas também por gerir e dinamizar todo o retalho alimentar (do grupo e dos seus parceiros). A multidisciplinaridade dos projetos e a proximidade diária com os restantes departamentos (DIGITAL, IT, COMERCIAL, I&D, QUALIDADE e OPERAÇÕES) fazem parte do nosso ADN. É esta proximidade que nos possibilita ter um timing de implementação bastante rápido e eficaz, desde a conceção de uma ideia, produto ou negócio até à sua concretização.

**Principais responsabilidades**:
- Participar no definição da estratégia de comunicação comercial omnicanal, criando e implementando o plano de comunicação correspondente;
- Construir a estratégia do plano de meios e plano de conteúdos omnicanal, alinhado com a estratégia comercial;
- Garantir que os projetos pensados cumprem os objetivos/ KPIs definidos, criando planos de ação sempre que necessário;
- Gestão da relação direta/ acompanhamento das Agências Criativas, de Meios, Relações Públicas e Digital, assegurando a correta coordenação da equipa com os mesmos, em termos de passagem de briefing, gestão de prioridades e cumprimento de objetivos e prazos;
- Criação e desenvolvimento de Campanhas;
- Gestão do budget;
- Cooperação e disponibilidade para integrar em projetos AD-HOC da equipa de marketing.
**Perfil**:
- Formação Superior em Marketing, Comunicação, Gestão ou áreas relacionadas;
- Experiência prévia em funções semelhantes (Marketing Manager, Brand Manager ou Product Manager);
- Background em Retalho e/ ou Grande Consumo/ FMCG (fator preferencial);
- Capacidade de tomada de decisão e autonomia;
- Capacidade de gestão em multitarefas;
- Excelentes competências de comunicação e relação interpessoal;
- Proatividade, dinamismo e carisma;
- Foco na resolução de problemas e facilidade na gestão de conflitos.
