**Your Role**:
- ** Guide and coach team members** with her/his expertise in CAD, Mechanical Systems and other domains as identified by project team.
- Devise and drive initiatives to improve technical output of the team.
- Work autonomously on own area of expertise and discuss regular updates with both team members and stakeholders.
- Step in as Lead Engineer in the team and review and finalize all outputs produced by the design engineers. This includes, but is not limited to: Technical Product Documentations, Bill of Materials, 3D Models.
- Create and maintain technical roadmap for the team.
- Challenge self and team to look at problem from different angles and propose and assess multiple options.
- ** Drive technical growth** with strong emphasis on robust engineering principles.
- Communicate clearly at all levels about own expertise and technical focus areas of the project team.
- Engage in **technical meetings** and with stakeholders to **solve technical issues**.
- Engage in **design reviews** with the team members and provide constructive feedback.
- ** Work closely with Design Engineers and Product Owners **(or Project Managers for Agile Projects) to define the work, deliver scope on time and with necessary quality requirements.
- Identify dependencies in assigned features or work packages and communicate to Design Engineers and Product Owner (or Project Manager for non-agile projects)
- ** Lead technical meetings** and engage with stakeholders to solve technical issues.
- ** Lead design reviews** with the team members and provide** constructive feedback**.
- ** Collaborate with Change Control Board** and provide feedback on assigned work
**Your Profile**:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. within Electrical\Electronics, Mechanical, Automations, Industrial or Management Engineering areas.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Engineering with at least 4 years in a leading role (such as Lead Engineer)
- Sense of responsibility, team-work, pro-activity, and dynamism;
- Negotiation and communication skills;
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
