- We are looking for a well-qualified and talented Early Learning School Teacher who has a passion for teaching young pupils between ages 3-5 to join our school in August 2025.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Plan and Deliver Engaging Lessons: Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons that stimulate curiosity and a love of learning in children, fostering their development across all key areas of learning.
-Support Individual Growth: Adapt teaching strategies to cater to the individual needs and learning styles of each child, ensuring every student is supported and challenged to reach their full potential.
-Foster a Safe and Nurturing Environment: Establish a warm, inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes a sense of security, confidence, and independence among young learners.
-Encourage Play-Based Learning: Use creative, play-based activities to support the cognitive, emotional, and social development of children, ensuring learning through exploration and imagination.
-Monitor and Assess Progress: Regularly assess students' development, using both formative and summative assessment methods, to track progress and inform future teaching strategies.
-Build Positive Relationships: Develop strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, maintaining open and positive communication to support each child's development and well-being.
-Classroom Management: Maintain high standards of behavior and organization in the classroom, encouraging children to follow routines and respect others, while managing transitions smoothly.
-Incorporate Technology in Learning: Integrate modern technology and educational tools into lessons to enhance learning experiences and provide a more interactive, engaging environment for children.
-Promote Social and Emotional Growth: Encourage children to develop key social skills such as teamwork, sharing, and empathy, while also nurturing their emotional intelligence and resilience.
-Collaborate with Colleagues and Parents: Work closely with fellow educators and parents to ensure consistent support for children, sharing progress updates, and participating in parent-teacher meetings and school events.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:
Relevant University Degree: A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, with strong academic and professional credentials to support tea
