Widex está presente em Portugal desde 1987. Desde 2019 que pertencemos ao grupo da WSAudiology. O nosso negócio atua na área da reabilitação auditiva no sector de retalho e revenda. Atualmente temos cerca de 38 lojas e somos um dos principais produtores do mundo de aparelhos auditivos de qualidade e outras soluções auditivas
Neste momento, estamos a recrutar um Assistente de Atendimento ao Cliente (M/F) para a nossa loja Widex Évora.
**Perfil pretendido**:
- 12º Ano de Escolaridade;
- Experiência profissional de um ano (requisito preferencial);
- Capacidade de Organização;
- Dinamismo;
- Capacidade de relacionamento;
- Horário fixo: 8h entre o período das 9:00-18:00, 2ª a 6ª feira
Principais Funções:
- Atendimento dos clientes que se dirigem ao balcão e ao telefone;
- Marcação de Consultas;
- Encaminhamento dos pacientes para os respetivos Técnicos;
- Recepção e elaboração de vendas a dinheiro de Aparelhos Auditivos e todo o material necessário aos mesmos e ainda do equipamento para ajudas técnicas à audição;
- Abertura de pedidos de assistência técnica e recepção dos sistemas auditivos para a reparação e assistência;
- Cobrança de folhas de obra sempre que as reparação sejam para cobrar. Outras Funções:
- Elaboração das folhas de Caixa;
- Mudança de pilhas e tubos, verificação e reparação dos sistemas auditivos;
- Secretariado relacionado com clientes ao balcão: diversas declarações e orçamentos. Principais **Responsabilidades**:
- Assegurar um atendimento simpático, educado e eficiente na recepção;
- Fazer uma adequada triagem das necessidades do paciente de modo a conduzir o atendimento para o técnico adequado e para o serviço adequado;
- Saber gerir conflitos mantendo sempre uma postura simpática, educada e adequada.
