Thales Portugal is a Competence Centre of the Thales Group, whose mission is to integrate and develop solutions and products for Thales projects worldwide. Having around 220 specialized human resources Thales Portugal has a strong capability to design, develop, and deploy systems and services efficiently in the Defence, Security (Critical Information Systems, Critical Infrastructure and Banking) and Transportation markets.

Thales Business Support Services (TBSS) acts as a Shared Service Center for Thales Group by serving a number of countries for various key tasks associated to finance and accounting processes. This business support services center of excellence drives innovation within our internal business processes, cutting through complexity and supporting our external leadership in digitalization.

**Key Responsibilities**

Directly support the businesses and central team with the Supplier Compliancy Data Quality Improvements initiative
- Be part of a data quality improvement process
- Have a real feedback of the target process with exchanges among all involved for data collection
- Test and adjust the way of collecting data

Day to day management of the TBSS e-ACQ Administration team
- Manage in accordance with the Group role out plan the initiation of contacts within the business
- Manage all tickets raised in regards to new supplier set up / data changes/ deletion etc as required in accordance with agreed SLAs between the business and TBSS
- Support Interface development
- Support future ERP functionality impact analysis reviews in regards to e-ACQ

TBSS Process Improvement plan
- Process Reviews - deliver process improvements within the TBSS organization focusing on standardisation and automation of key processes ensuring quality of service to internal customers is still maintained.

**Skills & Experience**
- 1 year of experience in master data management and data quality is preferred;
- User Experience of the following: Cartesis - Magnitude, Visual Basic, Cognos TM1, CashPooler interfaces, Diapason interfaces, Readsoft use and integration (or similar OCRs), Knowledge of other ERPS;
- Excellent planning and organising skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, including the analysis and interpretation of data with the capacity to devise and implement solutions.
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
