**About Us**:
We are a well-established company in Lisbon, renowned for our commitment to customer satisfaction and excellence. As an Operations Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in our day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination and providing outstanding support to our reception and housekeeping teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with guests, colleagues, and subordinates.
- Coordinate and support the reception and housekeeping teams in their daily activities.
- Employ a holistic approach to problem-solving, ensuring client and guest satisfaction while optimizing resource utilization.
- Efficiently manage reservations and guest communication (Front Office & Back Office).
- Lead and manage a small team, fostering their growth and development.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential; proficiency in French and Spanish is a plus.
- Located in Lisbon.
- Prior experience in reception, tourism, or hospitality is required.
- Flexibility to work weekends and different shift schedules.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and resolve challenges swiftly.
- Proven track record of delivering host-focused solutions based on client needs.
- A team player with excellent cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a keen focus on maintaining quality.
- Enthusiastic about self-improvement and eager to learn.
