- Job Purpose
Estimates total project cost at completion for complex projects
- Develops, updates and maintains project budget and forecasting
- Leads all cost control activities within a project, operational role.
- Functions as a critical support partner to the project manager, providing insights and advice on the progress and profitability of the project.
- Job Description
Sets up Cost Control Procedures, responsible for the financial management of projects
- Sets up Budgets and the specific tool to follow the project costs
- Estimates Total Forecasts, Quantity / Costs and Expected Outcomes
- Provides support to the Risk Manager to prepare the Quantitative Risk Analysis
- Approves commitment control and vendor/subcontractors invoice
- Assists Project Managers in optimizing and improving the budgeted profits
- Prepares change orders / claims, and follows up
- Generates monthly internal reports and periodic reviews
- Develops cash flows
- Prepares close-out reports, with a view towards improving feedback data and estimation tools on future contracts / proposals
- Complies with and implements both company and client HSE Management System objectives and procedures, as well as Quality standards and policies, and other applicable company procedures
- You are meant for this job if:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance or equivalent - 5 to 7 years of experience in related field - Professional English - Knowledge of cost control tools and methodologies - Solid analytical and problem solving skills - Establish good relationship and cooperation with colleagues in the project team
