CREDIT OPERATIONS TEAM MANAGER (JOB NUMBER: 2402CBO17519)

**About the job**
- To oversee teams which ensure the daily management, analysis and registration of credit operations. To manage Team Leaders in order to guarantee team efficiency. To ensure that productivity, quality and risk management are dully handled while managing relationships with different stakeholders. To propose and implement short and mid-term strategy while optimizing the cost structure and efficiency and quality framework

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Support Team Leaders in managing teams members and tasks, solve escalating issues, and report incidents. Define together with the Team Leaders the necessary support for daily activities, validating resource allocation and training according to the activity evolution
- Contribute to the process of people management in line with the career path defined with the Manager. Follow people engagement and development. Address and prepare mobility with anticipation
- Contribute to the definition and performance of the necessary controls/action plans for the activity, in order to identify operational risk areas and ensure that the activity is delivered to a high quality standard
- Define Team Leaders objectives, together with the Manager and in line with the department strategy. Perform regular objectives reviews
- Manage and promote good relationships between Department and stakeholders
- Contribute to the delivery of contract obligations as documented in the Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
- Contribute to Projects Impacting Perimeter (nearshoring of new activities or local / IT initiatives) support the Team Leaders on the implementation phase
- Contribute for short and mid-term strategy, in accordance with Manager, and follow overall project plans, budget structure and staffing requirements
- Contribute to improve current processes/procedures on a bottom-up approach to increase the quality of service

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Economics / Accounting
- Management experience is required
- 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in Banking / Corporate Banking / Financial Operations
- Advanced level in English, both written and oral
- Intermediate level of French, both written and oral
- Critical Thinking
- Decision Making
- Creativity & Innovation / Problem Solving
- Ability to inspire and generate commitment
- Ability to anticipate business / Strategic Evolution
- Risk Management
- Microsoft Excel Competency
