**How will you spend your time**

You will be part of the Delivery Excellence team as well as the Core Bid Team. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from all Zuhlke locations when providing support for the delivery of matching proposals for our customers. You leverage you strong communication skills and coordinate proposal inputs from a variety of sources and stakeholders, like from Sales Excellence team members across the Zuhlke Group.

**What will be your key responsibilities**
- Supporting the Bid Team in conducting bids and the creation of high-quality proposals
- Providing administrative support and assisting in the preparation of responses to new bids
- Ensuring proposal documents follow corporate branding guidelines, standard formatting, and overall quality expectations
- Work closely with colleagues from Bid Team and other stakeholders across the Zuhlke Group on processing new opportunities to tender
- Proactive engagement in continuous refinement of related procedures, reusable assets
- Sharing of best practices within the team and wider organisation
- Providing ad-hoc support to the Bid Team when required

**What is important to us**
- That you are fluent in English (both written and oral)
- That you are a true team player with a “can do” attitude
- Your excellent communication and relationship-building skills including the ability to work with a range of stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent MS office skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) is a plus
