**A Snapshot of Your Day**

You will follow up the ongoing tender processes, communicating with therest of the team and supply chain to successfully develop the technical andcommercial solutions that meet the client’s needs and requirements.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Reporting to the Head of Bid Management, the BidManager will help develop the opportunities and manage the ongoing bids for theenergy transmission business, mainly for HV/MV substations and othertransmission related systems.
- development ofcompetitive client-oriented state-of-the-art solutions aligned with thecompany’s strategic drives.
- You will beresponsible for analysing complex tender processes in international scenarios,identifying deliverables and critical issues, developing the budgets and engagingthe financial, procurement and engineering teams to insure the management ofall technical and commercial inputs towards a successful delivery of the offers.
- You will alsosupport the management in other bid-related processes within the organization,like go/no go assessments, risk analysis, lessons learned, opportunitytracking, market development, etc.

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s Degree / Masters in Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience in power systems - substations, transmission systems, generation or renewables.
- Offer management skills - ability to identify deliverables and critical issues in tender processes, manage stakeholders, structure & prioritise work effectively through close cooperation with the team in order to successfully deliver offers.
- An enthusiastic,focused and hard-working profile, with strong attention to detail andtarget-oriented.
- Goodcommunication skills (english spoken and written mandatory)
- Good softwareskills essential, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Autocad.
