**Senior Data Scientist AI - Decision Science, Econometrics & Operations Research (M/F/d)**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- Your tasks will be to collaborate with key stakeholders to identify key business problems where AI and data science can add value
- You will design and develop stochastic models, simulations and optimization algorithms to develop AI-driven business solutions
- You will also actively conduct exploratory data analysis and modeling to uncover insights and trends
- The use machine learning techniques and causal inference to build predictive models and algorithms will be part of your tasks
- Furthermore you will work with large and complex datasets with structured and unstructured data
- As experienced Data Scientist you will advise and mentor junior members of the data science team on advanced substance scientific areas
- Last but not least you will keep up-to-date with the latest research and innovations in the field of econometrics, causal models and operations research

**What makes you great**
- You will have a strong academic background with a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in a relevant field (e.g. Economics, Mathematics, Decision Science, Operations Research, or Statistics)
- You can show proven hands-on experience in developing and deploying data-driven solutions using machine learning tools and techniques
- You are proficient in at least one programming language (Python, R, Java, etc.), Python preferred
- You bring a strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders to the job
- You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team is part of your profile
