**What You Will Do**:
We are in search of a meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure that our generative AI platform is of the highest quality. This role involves designing and implementing tests, debugging, and defining corrective actions. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g., defect densities and open defect counts). The Quality Assurance Specialist will work closely with the development team to identify and resolve bugs and ensure that our platform meets all technical and user expectations.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure quality objectives are met.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve any issues that arise during the testing process.
- Monitor all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards.
- Document and maintain the functionality of the system errors.
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
- Provide feedback to developers regarding product usability and functionality. Guide the team towards best practices in quality assurance processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role.
- Experience in project management and QA methodology.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
- Working knowledge of test management software (e.g., qTest, Zephyr) and SQL.
- Excellent communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
