**Sales Representative (English & Ukrainian) - Lisbon**

Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our B2B outbound sales team, focused on small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high volume of hot leads and make a real impact in our organization

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage in B2B outbound sales, targeting small and medium-sized businesses.
- Work with a high volume of hot leads to achieve a conversion rate of 15%.
- Aim for 3-5 sales per day.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance sales strategies and improve performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English for training, tools, and internal communication.
- Fluency in Ukrainian is essential.
- A passion for sales and a results-driven mindset.

**What We Offer**:

- **Full-Time Position**: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break).
- **Competitive Salary**: Starting at €1,260 + bonuses.
