**Your Main Tasks**:

- Delivering exceptional customer service consistently.
- Collaborating across departments to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Providing timely and accurate solutions to customer issues.
- Maintaining a professional and positive attitude during all customer interactions.

**We Expect You to Have**:

- Fluency in **Italian** or **French** at a **B2** or **C1** level.
- A good command of English for internal communication and system navigation.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is desirable.
