The team leads strategy, business insight and analytics, product operations, risk and compliance for Global Consumer Products and Processing. This team is responsible for working cross-functionally to drive greater alignment and collaboration to enable a seamless organization that moves faster and delivers the best consumer experience.
**Responsibilities**:
As Manager, Product Operations your key responsibilities are:
- Develop and implement scalable processes for managing product development, launch, and post-launch activities (Studio)
- Identify inefficiencies and work to improve operational processes and reduce time-to-market.
- Work closely with product managers to track roadmaps, manage timelines, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate closely with both global and regional teams to manage compliance process related to card design, product construct or customer contractual agreement
- Manage product releases by coordinating documentation, product catalogues and training for internal teams.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making, identify bottlenecks, and optimize product operations
Role Requirement:
- Foundational background in product management and/or development
- Foundational background in product management
- Strong communicator with project management skills with the ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to work with and drive multiple business partners, analytics team and engineering teams towards the delivery of key deliverables
- Experience working with global and remote teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
