São também responsáveis por assegurar a implementação do nosso Sistema Integrado de Gestão, através da realização de auditorias internas, gestão da framework de performance, recolha e análise de indicadores, formação, coaching e manutenção do sistema em todas as suas vertentes
Quais as principais responsabilidades?
Como Quality Improvement Specialist farás parte da equipa de Quality Improvement. A tua missão passa pela melhoria contínua de todos os processos das várias equipas e da própria empresa. Serás responsável por garantir que as equipas de trabalho aplicam a nossa metodologia - Xpagile - e por promover as boas práticas relacionadas com Data Protection and Security. Terás ainda como responsabilidade a implementação do nosso Sistema de Gestão, através de auditorias internas, desenvolvimento de métricas, formação, coaching e manutenção geral do sistema.
**Diariamente serás responsável por**:
Apoiar as nossas equipas como Agile Coach;
Criar um impacto positivo nas nossas equipas, promovendo os valores ágeis em todos os níveis;
Ser mentor(a), coach, líder, e fazer uso dos princípios ágeis;
Inspirar as equipas e a organização a melhorar constantemente as formas de trabalhar;
Fornecer coaching ágil prático às equipas em todos os aspectos das práticas do Scrum;
Fornecer coaching a equipas e partes interessadas na melhoria do seu pensamento ágil e processos Scrum;
Se necessário, moderar reuniões ágeis, como refinamento de backlogs, planeamento, revisão e retrospectivas;
Orientar as equipas no desenvolvimento de métricas e estimativas, e avaliar periodicamente o processo para melhorar as previsões e reduzir possíveis riscos;
Captar feedback e melhorar continuamente os nossos processos, orientações, materiais de formação e conteúdo.
Que Skills precisas de ter?
Licenciatura em Engenharia, Informática, Gestão ou áreas de estudo similares;
Mais de 2 anos de experiência no desenvolvimento e treino de equipas no modelo ágil como Scrum Master ou Agile Coach;
Conhecimento consolidado e aplicação de metodologias ágeis (por exemplo, Scrum ou/e Kanban), bem como de metodologias ágeis em escala (por exemplo, SAFe ou/e LeSS);
Conhecimento e experiência em ferramentas de suporte para metodologias ágeis (por exemplo, JIRA, Confluence ou/e Azure Devops);
Conhecimento em Microsoft Excel, Word e Powerpoint;
Conhecimento e experiência na identificação e aplicação de OKRs;
Compreensão profunda do pensamento ágil e Lean, valores e princípios;
Fluência em inglês (escrito e falado);
Capacidade criativa, proativa, colaborativa;
Pensamento crítico;
Capacidade de resolução de problemas de forma colaborativa;
Capacidade de adaptação a diferentes contextos, equipas e clientes;
Fortes habilidades de comunicação;
Capacidade de pensar fora da caixa e de criar soluções multidisciplinares.
