Founded in 2013 by 2 good friends, Indie Campers has set its mission on democratizing road trips by enhancing travel experiences and lowering prices for millions of travellers worldwide. We envision becoming the world's no. 1 road trip provider and are quickly expanding - vertically and geographically - to make it happen on a daily basis.

**Main Tasks**:

- Team management and supervision;
- Responsible for the tax deliveries of some of the entities of the group, nationally and internationally
- Responsible for the month and year end closing activities and financial reporting;
- Preparation of Financial statements;
- Consolidation;
- Research and interpret accounting policies and regulations;
- Contact with accountants and auditors from different countries;
- Review bank and balance sheet reconciliations;
- Review accounting entries in the accounting system; follow up costs, and calculate accruals and deferrals;
- Involved in different accounting or controlling projects, as required;
- Support in audit and due diligence works;
- Preparation and updating of accounting, treasury and reporting procedures.

**Requirements**:

- BA in Accounting, Management or Auditing (mandatory);
- 4 years minimum of experience in auditing or in accounting and reporting (mandatory);
- Knowledge of Primavera or other accounting system preferred;
- Fluent in English (mandatory);
- Knowledge in Portuguese tax law;
- Certified accountant (it's a plus);
- Consolidation knowledge (it's a plus);
- Proactive, focused, adaptability, team worker, responsibility, dynamic, result oriented.
- Proactiveness to implement new ways of thinking and revolutionize the accounting procedures of the group.
