We are currently looking for a Junior Category Manager to develop different categories on Joom Marketplace. The main goal is to help our senior managers to improve user experience during shopping in the categories and find the best sales growth strategies.

**Responsibilities**
- Participation in the development of the assortment: its subcategories and price segments
- Analysing sales data and user actions within a category, searching for bottlenecks and insights
- Collaboration with the marketing team to launch promo campaigns within the category

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of relevant experience in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce
- Fluent English
- Proficient in Excel
- Data-driven mindset

**Preferred**
- Experience with cross-border
- SQL knowledge
