A sua nova função
Integrado no Departamento de Offer Management e reportando diretamente ao Category Manager, compete a este profissional projetar, desenvolver e executar uma eficiente gestão das categorias à sua responsabilidade: Análise de mercado e de futuras tendências, através do contacto com os fornecedores e análise concorrencial; Apurar as necessidades e expectativas dos diferentes segmentos de cliente e quantificar as várias oportunidades de mercado; Gestão da carteira de fornecedores, selecionar fornecedores em linha com a estratégia da companhia, negociando as condições de compra e serviço para todos os produtos e estabelecer acordos contratuais que alinham fluxo logístico e o nível de serviço correspondente; Gestão eficiente da categoria conforme os vários canais, assegurando um sortido competitivo e diferenciador alinhado com as necessidades do cliente, e articulação com as áreas de Sales e de Marketing, quer em termos de plano de implementação de produto, quer em termos do Plano de Ativação; Responsável pela análise da rentabilidade e acompanhamento dos respetivos KPIs da companhia assim como pela implementação de planos de melhoria para atingir os objetivos definidos; Partilha a visão de novos produtos, tendências, sazonalidade e promoções, com a equipa de Demand Planning (Supply Chain & Logistic), suportando assim a precisão do forecast elaborado; Estabelece uma perceção de produto e preço positiva levando à fidelização do cliente, em conjunto com a equipa de Pricing e das operações, aplicando uma política de preço competitiva; Analisar os resultados NPS na perspetiva de melhoria contínua; Garantir, em articulação com o Departamento de Qualidade, que a qualidade dos produtos e sustentabilidade dos mesmos, é respeitada pela empresa e fornecedores; Atuar conforme os princípios e normas aplicáveis na área de legal & compliance no que diz respeito à concorrência, dumping, rotulagem, etc.; Promove o poder dos relacionamentos com os Department managers e sales force, visitando e acompanhando lojas e clientes identificando oportunidades de melhoria que contribuam para a fidelização dos nossos clientes; Assumir responsabilidade pela equipa e contribuir para o seu desenvolvimento na organização, com formação adequada, orientação e suporte nas tarefas operacionais;
O que necessita para ser bem-sucedido Licenciatura em Gestão ou área similar (preferencial); Experiência mínima de 3 anos com resultados comprovados em funções similares; Domínio da língua inglesa; Boas competências de negociação; Experiência em sistemas: MMS, UFM, MDW, Microsoft Office
