To support our growth, we’re looking for an **IT POS Technician.**

**Location: Boliqueime**

This role focusses on implementing the different modules of the Sales and Catering team and providing support before and after the implementation of the software to the customer, whilst working to mitigate root causes of the problems identified. You will also be required to provide training on those modules.

**You will**:

- Manage a correct data entry into the company system & distribution channels.
- Implement the software on premises or remotely according to company standards.
- Provide training on the different modules.
- Address and resolve customer support tickets related to your designated products.
- Provide follow-up support after implementation projects.
- Manage frequently asked questions and supporting documents for our partnerships, and act upon delivering more articles for the knowledge base.
- Assist Product Coordinator and other members of the company with tasks or projects as needed.
- Maintain a record of customer problems as well as solutions recommended.

Coordinate with the help desk to identify and mitigate root cause issues pertaining to the IT infrastructure and systems

**You should have**:

- Experience in Hotel Operations ( Front Office, F&B, others departments)
- Comfortable communicating with customers and stakeholders throughout the project.
- Great customer service and communication skills.
- Project management skills.
- Proficient in Portuguese (written and spoken).
- Fluent in English.
- +1 year of experience in B2B or SAAS customer service (preferred).
- Experience working with POS’s (preferred).
- Experience with Host Software (preferred).
- Availability for national and international travel
