From our start as a project within Portugal’s Centre for Innovation and Creative Engineering (CEiiA) in 2010, and now as a product-led SaaS startup fully backed by Galp, we’ve assisted dozens of organisations to reduce emissions and unlock new revenue opportunities with powerful software solutions for EV charging infrastructure, vehicle fleets, and the people that use them.

Daloop is a startup that is helping to reduce carbon emissions through the decarbonisation of mobility since 2010. With our cloud-based software - **Mobility Change Platform**, we’ve been assisting organisations to transition away from combustion engines and supporting charging network operation and administration.

**About Your Role**

As a Operations Manager, you will play a vital role oversee and manage various critical aspects of our company's operations. A Operations Manager’s is responsible for customer onboarding and offboarding, operational support, system configurations, procedures, monitoring, third-party integration testing, knowledge base management, infrastructure interventions, production deployments, metrics tracking, charging station testing, hardware setup, and stock management.

To be successful, you must be proactive, eager to learn new skills, and passionate about our operations. You must be able to empathise with customers and constantly look for ways to build customer empathy and build strong relationships.

**You** **will**
- Facilitate the smooth onboarding and offboarding of customers, ensuring the best experience to the customer.
- Serve as the primary interface to manage and resolve any critical situations with the help of the Engineering Team, Customer Success, Technical Support and Field Operations teams.
- Handle various operational tasks (e.g. troubleshoot and resolve operational issues) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day operations.
- Develop, maintain operational procedures, and ensure efficient execution of these procedures, including user deletion, session cancellation, data migration, and more.
- Implement and oversee systems monitoring to proactively identify and address issues.
- Test and certify third-party integrations using Daloop’s APIs and protocols such as OCPP and OCPI.
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s internal capacity.
- Create and manage a comprehensive knowledge base, documenting operational processes, and key procedures.
- Develop and maintain a robust set of metrics, including both business and operational KPIs.

**We are looking for**
- Bachelor's degree or relevant technical training
- + 5 years of working experience in similar roles
- Stakeholders’ relationship experience, managing relationship to deliver the best service.
- Experience in managing SaaS products
- Proficiency in comprehending customer use cases and issues, adeptly linking them with tailored solutions for each specific problem.
- Proficiency with REST APIs testing and Jira
- Good management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Adaptability to respond quickly to a shifting reality and adjust initiatives and priorities
- Ability to analyze gaps and implement solutions
- Good knowledge of the English
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
- Ability to think outside the box to achieve results
- High level of enthusiasm and desire to learn. Continuous improvement mindset
