**Technical Analyst (Focal Point)**
- Lisboa - Published on May 26, 2023Description
Main Responsabilities:
- Serve as the point of contact for the entire product;
- Have the ability to analyse/route/escalate issues with the support teams;
- Participate in recurring meetings with the stakeolders of the product in question;
- Participate in periodic meetings with the support teams
Professional experience requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience;
- Degree in Computer Engineering / Business Informatics /Mathematics or similar;
- MySQL Knowledge;
- Knowledge of Lambda Functions;
- Knowledge in Lambda Python;
- Knowledge in Java;
- Critical capacity to analyse functional and technical specifications, recommendations on business processes and Use Cases;
- Experience in preparing functional and technical documentation;
- Experience working with Jira & Confluence tools;
- Oral and written English fluency.
