**What are we looking for?**
- We are in search of a Product Copywriter to** write clear, concise, and engaging copy** to help our customers use our **platform **and complete their actions intuitively. You should be experienced in creating microcopy, error messages, onboarding flows, etc.
- Someone with a natural **interest in user behavior and the tech industry.** Our platform is highly adaptable and flexible. You’ll have to explore it, comprehend it and learn how it can help maintenance professionals thrive efficiently
- A person who enjoys **working collaboratively and iterating** to find the perfect solution. You’ll be working alongside UX designers, Product Managers and in close collaboration with our Product Marketing team
- A versatile and dynamic writer who will be responsible for updating our **changelog **and other **in-app communication channels** such as our Hub, pop-up messages, product tours (step by step), among others
- A detailed-oriented professional who masters the difference between different languages and tones of voice.

Ultimately, you will ensure our UX copy and product-related content are **aligned with our brand’s narrative** in an accurate and compelling way, explaining the user journey flawlessly and the features’ capabilities.

**What will you do?**
- Work collaboratively with the Product and UX Design team to create the best user journey possible through UX writing.
- Manage and review copy in different languages across our platform.
- Write copy in native English and translate into different languages (Portuguese, Spanish, French, a major plus).
- Manage translations and manage language glossaries.
- Write clear and compelling copy to describe our platform's apps and features (in-app communication).
- Publish and edit the content on different platforms.
- Be aligned with the Product team’s and Product Marketing team’s initiatives.
- Make mistakes and learn from them.
- Keep learning: new methodologies and UX writing best practices.
- Iterate, lend a hand, and be a team member.
- Have 1,5+ years of experience in UX writing.
- Have previous experience in a tech/software company.
- Communicate in fluent English — Portuguese, Spanish, and **French **are a big plus too.
- Be comfortable with collaborative tools for design and localization (like Figma and Ditto).
- Enjoy working with cross-functional teams that may include product designers, product managers, and engineers.
- Have a degree (or formation) in UX and UX Copy, Languages, Journalism, Communication or Marketing.
- Have previous experience with design and copy systems (content style guide, glossaries, and documentation).
- Write and edit excellent content, effortlessly.
- Pay extreme attention to detail.
- Be user-centric and master visual and verbal communication.
- Have the ability to reach deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
