As a Training Coordination Trainee, you will learn how to manage a training event in an international corporate environment. You will support our team with different training scopes.
In your new role, you will:
- Support the **coordination, tracking and management of training activities **using our Learning Management System;
- Provide **administrative support to local and global training requests **;
- Handle **inquiries and requests **from internal and external vendors, participants, program managers and trainers located globally;
- **Support training registration and logistics organization **, such as hotel booking, training rooms, billing information, etc.;
- Ensure **cooperation with external suppliers **.
You have a structured and self-driven working style and a strong customer orientation. You demonstrate high-quality standards for your work and are able to quickly establish successful cooperation within your team and with others.
You are best equipped for this task if you:
- Have a **degree in Language Studies, Business Administration, Human Resources, **or similar;
- Have **experience using MS Office tools **, especially Excel and Outlook;
- Are **able to structure your own work **within the team;
- Have experience in events organization, learning management or customer service is a plus;
- Are **fluent in English **, knowledge of German is a plus.
